Actually, looking at the kids schedule also, Jan 2,3 is better for me. I'd be up for camping!!

Those dates work for me. Nail it down and I'll be there.

Re: ABDSP - last run of 2008 or first of 2009

My rig has 40's - drop offs don't phase me. The suspension flexes pretty well. Off camber is the only thing that concerns me at all.

Thanks!

Re: ABDSP - last run of 2008 or first of 2009

I'm in - I've never been to Anza - but looking at the pics, I think my truck is about 3 times larger than an FJ. So please let me know I am going to get stuck before we are 3/4 of the way through a slot canyon, ok? :)

The only days I can't go are 27th and 1st. Other than that, let me know!!

It has 3 ten gallon water tanks, a roof top tent, swing away spare tire carrier, 2 batteries, onboard fridge (110 liter Waeco) and 37" tires. It fits with my style of "if you ...

Jon Holder from Irvine CA

Just a note of introduction. My name is Jon and I live in Orange County California. I grew up here, with parents from the deep south, who taught me much about the out doors. We travelled extensively in Baja during my teens and twenties pushing deep into the untravelled areas. With 2 kids who are now...

Re: Mojave Road Adventure: Jan 9-11th 2009

I would like to be included in this run. I have run the road twice before and found this thread as referred by Expedition Portal. I will have my 2 kids with me.

Thanks!
