I had to pass on the first Sedona Fest cause of a cold. I was all set to go, all I had left to do was pack the rig, and I got hammered with the flu. We'll miss ya. Hope you feel better soon.

so a few questions for those that have been at this camping area:

how close are the nearest showers? (i'm reading online that they have some at the serrano(sp?) camping ground and cant find how close or far this is from where we are going to be?

how close or far are we from the actual lake? in case the hubby wants to take the kid fishing, etc

thanks

Bobo - It's about 13 miles of dirt roads from the group campsite to Rt 38. If you go down Polique canyon that puts you on Rt38 right at the lake, but you may have to drive a little further to get to a place where you can access the lake.

Serrano is (I'm guessing here) a few miles down Rt 38, so about a total of 15+ miles. I don't know whether they have showers there.
