Dave:
Spell check missed the difference between tire & tie, I have one tie rod and it is stock
I will call and see if I can pick up a couple more if you think we might need them
I also have recovery gear (no winch) but if we couldn't pull someone out we could always use the highlift
jack as a winch. Just takes longer to do what the winch can.

Normally I bring an alternator, starter and front CV joints (Birfields) on trips. Plus tools and supplies to repair.diverbob wrote:Dave:

On a trip to the Parashant in Oct. '08, one of the Jeeps on the trip bent a tie rod.
