Weather Forecast

The 4 main areas we will be visiting are Canyon de Chelly, Red Rock Valley, Monument Valley and Betatakin/Keet Seel. I have selected a location at each of these four places and have the National Weather Weather Service "Point Forecast" for that location, as below.

The NWS gives a 7 day forecast which can give us a general idea of what to expect.

1. Canyon de Chelly: Elevation 6400 ft. http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.ph ... it=0&lg=en

2. Red Rock Valley: Elevation 6100 ft. http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.ph ... it=0&lg=en

3. Monument Valley: Elevation 6300 ft. http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.ph ... it=0&lg=en

4. Betatakin/Keet Seel: Elevation 7000 ft http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.ph ... it=0&lg=en

You may have noticed a common thread in these 4 locations.
