We'll plan the 2011 BorregoFest event here. Threads will be started as we get closer to the event. This event will include an Amateur Radio testing session.

Use CB channel 34 for general comms switch to the secondary or tertiary channels if need be.

We will initially use Simplex 147.510 for general comms.


CB CHANNEL:
Primary: Channel 34
Secondary: Channel 23
Tertiary: Channel 4

HAM REPEATER FREQUENCIES FOR EVENT:

SIMPLEX FREQUENCIES:
OAUSA #1 (Simplex): 147.510
OAUSA #2 (Simplex): 145.510
OAUSA #3 (Simplex): 144.325
OAUSA #4 (Simplex): 144.350
OAUSA #5 (Simplex): 144.375

For those who have the capability, we will be running APRS on the national frequency during the entire weekend.

If you are planning on having your APRS running, please post your call sign along with your ssid. If you need help setting your system up, check out this thread: http://oausa.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=124&t=1478 .

EACH RUN WILL BE ASSIGNED A SIMPLEX FREQUENCY, CB CHANNEL, AND REPEATER.

MONITOR THIS THREAD FOR CHANGES AS WE GO ALONG. IF ANYONE HAS ISSUES WITH THIS COMM PLAN PLEASE PM OLLIE AND WE'LL ADJUST IT AS NECESSARY
