I had a good time tonight, thanks to those who organized this. I didn't hear all of the net but what I caught was good stuff. The location was interesting and it was nice to put a face and name to some of the handles finally! Some pictures from the event for those who could not make it. (Don't worry I threw out the one of you all stuffing your faces at dinner.)

I had a great time at the M &G at Bass Pro shop...the net was excellent as well.

This might be a good thing to do on a Sunday sometime, when more folks are available, and the store is busier...we might also consider talking to other sporting goods retailers about conducting nets on location. Great publicity for the store, great conversation for the net, and great exposure for OAUSA...

I had a great time. Ran into some traffic on the way home that caused an accident and didn't get home until around 1:30am but it was well worth it. I agree that we should try this on the weekend sometime to get more people involved.

Agreed. If we could do this on a weekend, I'd love to be a "roving reporter". It's just to hard to make it up to BPS on a work night.

Has a time been decided on? I'm about ready to take my General test. I may be able to cram for a few days and be ready by Saturday.

You have lots of time but it's never too early to start studying. The test session isn't until April 25th.

We should have the testing times set this weekend.

I'll try to get some on-line and other license study resources posted as well.

My daughters wants her Technician license.

I want to upgrade to General.

Will they test for General as well?

I believe testing will be available for all license classes, if what I heard on the net was correct... ;)
