2016 Summer Fest & Field Pot Luck

The potluck / Dutch Oven cook-off will be on Saturday evening, June 25, 2016, somewhere between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Plan your trail runs to make it back in time. The wine and beer tasting and appetizers will begin around 5:00PM Saturday evening.

Please post your most savory dish that you will be bringing to the potluck and it will be added to the lists below. Please keep your serving sizes to about 8 people.

Main Dishes

TomS - Dutch Oven Lasagna
Kevin - Sausage and peppers w/rolls
Roger - Dutch oven tomato basil tart
JackM - Chili and cornbread

Patty - chuckwagon with bison, herbs and some veggies tossed in pasta

Patty - Assortment of cheese

Tom - quadruple chocolate cake
