Eric:

I looked at the link you provided but I couldn't tell how the 2012 maps differ from the ones we have been using. Do they offer something that isn't available in mapping programs such as NG Topo!, Overland Navigator, or Ozi Explorer? Can you post some screen shots which show the differences?

I like the higher resolution. Very interesting.

Are the maps meant to be used primarily on iphones and ipads?

I assume that you are loading the maps onto a PC (laptop?) and if so, is there a software program that is used to display the maps? Can they be integrated into other programs?

If I understand the geo-referencing capability, I believe that this function is already a part of the mapping programs that are in use now.
