Any suggestions for a $50-100 LED flashlight?

Camping gear, hiking equipment, vehicle equipment, kitchen and food preparation gear, etc.

You can get it here for $149 with 10 free batteries and free shipping. They're close enough to you that UPS Ground should be overnight.

Not sure on Surefire's own line of holster. I'm partial to Maxpedition's selection, my favorite being the tube sheath: http://www.lapolicegear.com/m5tush.html

I think I just got one at a walmart or sports chalet. You can call surefire as they have holsters for $15. Normally, I will carry in my chest pocket. Max makes outstanding gear. If it will fit the 6P it will be a bit lose for the E2L. I think you will be very happy with your choice. My wife thinks I have a flashlight fetish. It is even worst than my gun fetish. Except for the weapon lights--the best of both worlds :D
