Who here is heading out to the FJ Summit in Ouray Colorado this week?

I'll be arriving in Ouray on Saturday for the 6th Touareg Rally for the full week immediately following the FJ Summit.

I'll likely drop by the Best Western festivities on Saturday night to see some FJ friends. I'm sure a few of us Touareg offroaders will be running a pre-event trail on Sunday.

We'll be at the Warehouse (5th Ave, 2nd St - 2 blocks north of the BW) beginning Saturday afternoon. If anyone is around, drop me a line and maybe we can hook up.

I just picked up a Canon 10-22 EFS lens and 77mm B+W Polarizer MRC for my crop-body and will focusing mostly on landscape this time.

We do have a 2007 LR3 in our Touareg Rally this year - so you might see some Brit action in my report - though it will be a 15-1 German ratio.

This will have been the second year I haven't been able to make it to the Rockies. It really sucks. That is one area I can't get enough of. :)
