Re: Meals and meal planning
I would suggest putting my dinner on the last night, since it does not require any refrigeration. I'm good with the rest.

Correction - I have to freeze one component, but it will be no bigger than a package of lunch cheese so it can hide in the bottom.diverbob wrote:would you like to give a clue as to what you are havingChazz Layne wrote:I would suggest putting my dinner on the last night, since it does not require any refrigeration. Re: Meals and meal planning
After talking with Dave this morning the suggestion came up for how to assign the meals.
We would like to have everyone list at least three to four items for dinner, that being the
main meal. That way we would have a better selection to choose from. As in the past adventures
the areas we visit may be primitive and lack the comforts of home, but the meals and other
camping functions far exceed the normal roughing it conditions.
Breakfasts are pretty much a no brainer (eggs, pancakes, hash browns bacon etc.)
Some may rather have input on what day and meal they would provide, so if the majority would
like this method we need a vote from everyone as to how the meals are handled.
Or everyone can list what they would provide for each meal and we can assign or vote on
how it is accomplished ,after all the in puts.
