I didn't redo the cooking/clean up teams, but how does this work?

Team assignments:
Dave/Bob
Hector/Tom
Michael/ the four of us rotate to assist
Michael/Frank on the days he is with us

The only meals that require clean up are Breakfast and Dinner,
Lunch doesn't generate much of a mess, most of the residue
is paper or plastic placed in trash bags.

From our meeting at BPS, I'm bringing 3 meals. A breakfast, a lunch and a dinner.

I'll be bringing firewood, as much as I can fit on my roof rack. Since I'll only be with you a few days I'll leave the remainder with you.
